Nato il 20 ottobre 1961. Laurea in Economia Aziendale (1985) e Dottorato di Ricerca (1990) in Economia Aziendale presso l'Università Ca'Foscari. MBA (SM'90), Sloan School of Management M.I.T.

Curriculum Accademico

Professore Ordinario di Organizzazione Aziendale, Direttore del Centro di Ricerca ICRIOS. Ha insegnato presso l'Università di Padova e di Venezia. Ha tenuto visiting positions presso l'Industrial Performance Center del M.I.T., la School of Management dell'University of Michigan, Dearborn e la Universidad Deusto, San Sebastian.
