Obiettivi formativi del corso
Le competenze comportamentali consentono di tradurre le competenza tecnico-specialistiche in prestazioni che abbiano impatto sull’organizzazione.
I ruoli nelle organizzazioni presentano livelli di complessità crescente e la qualità della prestazione è sempre più determinata dalle competenze di self-management, di leadership e influenza oltre che di comunicazione e di relazione in team interfunzionali e/o internazionali.
I seminari si propongono come un momento in cui allenare le competenze comportamentali alternando a momenti di inquadramento teorico momenti di sperimentazione e di apprendimento dall’esperienza.
Il corso vuole essere una opportunità per capire ma anche una opportunità per mettersi in discussione, per provare a fare, per apprendere dall’esperienza rafforzando le abilità chiave per un ruolo di successo nelle organizzazioni.

Per i frequentanti
Partecipazione in aula a tutte tutte le sessioni a calendario nella classe di appartenenza.. Non sono ammessi cambi di classe.
Si consiglia di verificare attentamente il calendario delle lezioni.
  • Esame scritto finale (P.I. a fine semestre): 1 domanda aperta class specific (pass/idoneo, o fail/non idoneo).

Course Objectives
There is a growing evidence that optimal performance in a work environment is driven not only by technical competencies but also by self-management and behavioral skills that enable knowledge and experience to be translated into high value added results.
The development of self-regulation abilities together with communication, influence, negotiation and team management skills are required for performance effectiveness. These are the topics on which the teaching and learning are focused.
Given the learning goals, teaching is experience-based and highly interactive. Experience-based learning situations are sided by brief theory moments. The goal is for students to try behaviors and receive feedback, in order to build competencies and facilitate skills development.

Course Content Summary
The main topics that are addressed are
  • Effective communication.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Influence, the art and craft of power management.
  • Team building and team work.

Detailed Description of Assessment Methods
For attending students
ATTENTION: Due to the experience-based and interactive teaching method, in order to be considered attending students, participation to ALL the 16 hours of class is compulsory in the assigned class. No changes of class are admitted for any reason. Students who are not in possession of the complete attendance MUST take the exam as non-attending students.

Students are strongly suggested to check the calendar of the assigned classes in advance.

Written exam (Partial exam): comprised of multiple choice and true-false questions (pass/IDONEO or fail/NON IDONEO mode).

For non attending students

Written exam with multiple choice questions (pass/IDONEO or fail/NON IDONEO mode).

Students sit for the exam at the end of the sessions but MUST sign up for the exam scheduled May 18th or June 8th 2018 to have their grade registered.

Obiettivi formativi del corso
Il corso si propone di formare competenze comportamentali di relazione con gli altri e self management, utili a tradurre le competenze tecnico-specialistiche in prestazioni ad elevato impatto organizzativo. Il corso è interamente basato su modalità attive ogni competenza è ‘sperimentata’, poi discussa e razionalizzata.

Programma sintetico del corso

  • Comunicazione efficace.
  • Comportamenti nei e dei gruppi.
  • Dinamiche di influenza e potere.
  • Processi di negoziazione e gestione del conflitto.

Descrizione dettagliata delle modalità d'esame
Per i frequentanti
Partecipazione in aula a tutte le giornate a calendario (16 ore) nella classe di appartenenza. Non sono ammessi cambi di classe eccezion fatta per impegni istituzionali per l’università: in tal caso, essendo previste per il CLEF 2 classi tenute dalla stessa docente, si potrà frequentare nell’altra classe PREVIA COMUNICAZIONE ENTRO L’INIZIO DEL SEMESTRE (Lunedi 5 febbraio).
Si consiglia di verificare attentamente il calendario delle lezioni.
Prova scritta finale in data 18/05/2018 (h. 14.00): closed books con domande strutturate specifiche alla classe, applicate ad una situazione/problema comportamentale del tipo discusso in classe (es. quali comportamenti adottereste nella situazione descritta /perché?). La valutazione è pass or fail.
Nel caso di fail, la prova deve essere ripetuta con modalità non frequentante.
Per i non frequentanti:
Esame scritto con domande a scelta multipla e domande aperte nelle date di appello (pass or fail). Le prove non frequentanti NON sono gestite dalla docente del CLEF; ma uguali per tutti i corsi di laurea e coordinati dalla Prof Prandstraller, a cui si prega di rivolgersi per ogni esigenza relativa all’esame non frequentanti.
