Prerequisites

The course is entirely held in English, but it is not required a native speaker level. The course is actually an opportunity to improve language skills in the legal area. The course, however, aims at interaction with teachers and among students as well as learning a critical approach, rather than verifying language skills.
In order to take effectively part to the course it is required that any student has previously passed both the criminal law (general part) and international law exams.
