People are the enduring sources of competitive advantage. People are our most important asset. Since many years, managers, professionals and academics pronounce these words. The main objective of this course is to understand the rational of these words and to learn how it is possible, beyond managerial rhetoric, to manage people so that they really become a stable source of the competitive advantage. In the framework of the strategic human resource management, the course offers an overview of the most relevant human resource management policies and practices.
