Course Objectives
Cultural and creative organizations are increasingly becoming project based. The course aims at:
  1. Developing an understanding the project management process, exploring the key concept of the discipline and acquiring the main logics and tools.
  2. Practicing the principal project management techniques, applied to cultural and creative industries’ projects.
  3. Learning how to structure, manage and lead a (creative) project team.
The course is focused on the management of projects in the so-called cultural and creative industries, such as cultural heritage, media, entertainment, architecture and design. We focus on both the ‘hard’ components (scope management, time management and risk management) and the soft ones (team management) of any project.
