Biographical note
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Bocconi University and a Research Affiliate at the Baffi Center on Economics, Finance and Regulation. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at Duke University, and a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Collegio Carlo Alberto. I received my PhD from Columbia University in 2021.
My primary research uses game theory to study the organization of political parties. I investigate how features of the competitive environment – such as electoral institutions – affect parties’ behavior in the electoral arena and in legislatures. This agenda mainly focuses on intra-party politics, electoral competition, and multi-party elections.
