Biographical note
Born in Milan, June 23rd, 1964. Degree in Law from “Università degli Studi”, Milan. I am Full Professor of Commercial Law at Università Bocconi (since 2012) and Director of Phd programme in Commercial Law at Università di Brescia (since 2008). I was Full Professor at Università di Brescia (from 2001 to 2012), Assistant Professor at Università di Brescia (from 1998 to 2001), researcher at Università Bocconi (from 1994 to 1998) and Phd in Commercial Law (5th Course, 1990-1994). I am Legal Studies Ph.D Program's Director since a.y. 2016/2017.

Member of the editorial board of the journal “Contratto e impresa” (since 2013). Academic member of “European Corporate Governance Institute – ECGI” (since 2011). Founder and Member of the editorial board of the journal “Osservatorio del diritto civile e commerciale” (since 2011).
