Biographical note

I was born November 11th, 1969.

I earned my degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University cum laude, my PhD in Public Management from Parma University and I am now Tenured Lecturer at the Department of  Marketing, Bocconi University.

I also serve as SDA Bocconi Faculty member, Visiting Professor and Exchange Researcher at Waseda University Tokyo and Member of Waseda “E-Government” Lab.


Research interests

My research areas include the following:

•Innovation in public services and Citizen Relationship Management;

•Digital health and Digital government;

•Information systems in local governments and hospitals;

•Digital marketing and communication;

•Healthcare, Government e Non Profit Marketing;

•Customer Service Science;

•ESG and green marketing.
