My teaching activity focuses on Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Global Leadership and Managerial skills development. From 2015 to 2020 I have been the Director of the Master Organizzazione&Personale. I’ve been in charge of the design, staffing and management of the self-management courses within the Bocconi Teaching and Learning Center (CESDIA) from 1992 to 2002, developing an extensive experience in active and collaborative learning techniques.
I have been the Lead Coach within the Master Division where I have designed coaching and team coaching activities managing a team of 6 coaches from 2013 to 2021.
Starting from 2016 to 2020 I’ve been the Deputy for the Leadership, Organization and HRM Knowlege Group, SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Trainer within the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Knowledge Group Leadership Organization and HRM. My teaching activity focuses on leadership and management skills development with a special focus on transitions into higher managerial complexity roles, team management, self-management skills (assertiveness, networking and personal branding, compelling speech, stress management) and recruitment and selection. I design and teach self-empowerment workshops and leadership development initiatives for italian and international companies. I am involved in coaching processes within executive development programs that aim at the development of leadership skills starting from the enhancement of self-awareness.
I am an Affiliate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program.
