Biographical note
I am an Associate Professor of Organization at Bocconi University and I am currently Director of the MSc in International Management. I have served as Director of the Organization & HR Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management. I earned a PhD from LUISS University (Rome) and I was a visiting PhD at the University of Maryland. I have conducted numerous workshops in Europe, Middle East, and North America. My research results have been reported in managerial magazines such as MIT Sloan Management Review, World Economic Forum Agenda, Harvard Business Review (Italian edition), Forbes, and Bloomberg.
Research interests
My academic work revolves around several topics: teamworking in dispersed settings, mobile technology use and dispersed collaboration, work-life balance and mobile technology use. My work and teaching commitments are aimed at supporting individuals, teams and organizations leaders in developing a team-oriented and collaborative culture.
