Mission e Programma sintetico / Mission & Content Summary

MISSION

The course aims at providing support for the main curricular course (in the second semester). It is aimed at students with a B1 (Intermediate) level (see CEFR framework) in order to enable them to take the main curricular B2 (post intermediate) general knowledge and skills required to pass the Bocconi internal exam from the end of the fuirst year.

PROGRAMMA SINTETICO / CONTENT SUMMARY

The duration of the course is (24 hours) in Year One , Semester 1. There is no exam.

 

The main topic areas covered during the course include  Training & Working Abroad, Logistics, International Marketing, Working Conditions, HR Management, Customer service, Talking facts, Management Styles, Leadership, Global Business

MISSION

The course aims at providing support for the main curricular course (in the second semester). It is aimed at students with a B2 (Post-Intermediate) level (see CEFR framework) in order to enable them to take the main curricular C1 (Advanced) general course with the knowledge and skills required to pass the Bocconi internal exam from the end of the first year.

PROGRAMMA SINTETICO / CONTENT SUMMARY

The duration of the course is (24 hours) in Year One , Semester 1. There is no exam.

 

The main topic areas covered during the course include: Communication, International Marketing, Global Corporate Responsibility, Building Relationships, Teambuilding, , Customer Service, Crisis Management, Management Styles, Job Satisfaction, Success.
