ATTENDING STUDENTS
Written exam 75% of the mark. The exam is a closed book (no materials are allowed for reference or consultation during the exam). Students will have to answer three essay questions. 25% of the mark will be given for a group presentation on a topic concerning the internal market agreed with the module convener. Marks will be assigned individually within the group and each student will present part of the group work. Further information on the organization of the groups will be provided on Blackboard in due time. Please remember that attending students are those who have reached the threshold of at least 75% of attendance. |

Written exam 100% of the mark. The exam is a closed book (no materials are allowed for reference or consultation during the exam). |

Text and Materials (CUP 5th edition 2024) available online or Dawson and de Witte, EU Law and Governance, (CUP 2022) available online.
