Classes combine theoretical modules with practical applications, including guest talks, case study discussions, and other individual and team-based exercises.

ATTENDING STUDENTS
Attending students must:

Reach the attendance threshold and actively participate in class sessions.

Complete the group project (30% of the grade).

Take partial exams or the general exam for attending students in the designated exam slots (70% of the grade).
Group project: The goal of the project is to apply organizational behavior concepts and theoretical knowledge from this course to a real-world business context. Groups should consist of around 7–9 students, with a maximum of 12 groups in total. Group composition will be determined at the students’ discretion. The instructions will be provided in the detailed course syllabus and group project guidelines.
Exams: students may choose either (1) the 1st partial exam (35%) and the 2nd partial exam (35%), or (2) the general exam (70%). The exams include true/false and multiple-choice questions based on the material discussed in class. It is a closed-book exam, with no penalty for incorrect answers. The exams are graded on a scale from 0 to 31 points, following the standard Bocconi undergraduate grading policy, where scores between 0 and 17 are considered failing.
NOT ATTENDING STUDENTS
Final general exam: accounts for 100% of the grade for non-attending students. The exam includes true/false and multiple-choice questions covering both purely theoretical topics and applications of concepts, models, and theories from the textbook. It is a closed-book exam, with no penalty for incorrect answers. The exam is graded on a scale from 0 to 31 points, following the standard Bocconi undergraduate grading policy, where scores between 0 and 17 are considered failing.
