ATTENDING STUDENTS

The final written test consists of multiple-choice questions and a few open questions, also based on mini-cases. The exam is expected to evaluate the lessons learned by the students and their analytical and problem-solving skills. The open questions and multiple choice ones have the aim of examining the knowledge ("knowledge") of the students, in light of the information learned from the text and during the lectures. The condition of "attending" will be defined through the registration of one's presence in the classroom and, if relevant, their participation in class discussion and small assignments/quizzes offered to all students of a single class, when deemed appropriate by the teacher during lessons.

A student is an "attending" one when she actively participates in at least 75% of the total sessions of the course.

The student takes a final written test on the entire program carried out in her class, in the 24 sessions, choosing to enroll in one of the two general sessions scheduled immediately after the end of the course (21 May 2025 and 23 June 2025). Any withdrawal from the written test must occur within the first fifteen minutes of the test itself in order to register for the next session.

There are no additional oral exams in addition to the grades obtained in the written tests. In case of a sufficient overall grade (i.e., a grade ≥18/30), the grade is automatically recorded. The test consists of a written exam, with closed (multiple choice questions) and open questions. All of them will be class-specific questions.

Given the close interdependence of the contents of the course in question with the contents of the course 30288 Seminars for the development of managerial and leadership skills, the exam of the 2 courses (code 30008 and 30288) is carried out on the same date even though they are 2 courses which each requires specific and distinct registration. Attending students can therefore take the Fundamentals exam in one of the two scheduled sessions and that of the Management Skills Seminars in a different session of the two scheduled at the end of the course.

NOT ATTENDING STUDENTS

Written exam (multiple choice questions) in the scheduled exam sessions (for those scheduled at the end of the course, 21 May 2025 and 23 June 2025, check the scheduled time for the non-attending test, set for 2.00 pm on the two days of appeal to distinguish them from those reserved for attending students on the same days). For non-attending students, the assessment of preparation and learning is based solely on the knowledge learned from the integral study of the textbook. It is mostly focused on the definitions and theoretical aspects of the discipline.
