Course Objectives
The course aims at highlighting Operations and Supply Chain Management in a global perspective. Companies have to consider the impacts of the international competition on their processes, organizational structure and investments.
This course focuses on the activities and industrial decisions taken by global companies, providing management tools able to analyze the context and suggest the most appropriate options.
