Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course student will be able to do:
Develop an understanding the project management process, exploring the key concept of the discipline and acquiring the main logics and tools.
Know the principal project management techniques, applied to cultural and creative industries projects.
Know how to structure, manage and lead a (creative) project team.

Applying knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course student will be able to do:
Use project management techniques and tools to plan and execute a project.
Build and manage a project team.

• Face-to-face lectures
• Guest speaker's talks (in-class or in distance)
• In-class exercises
• Theories and/or case studies discussions (in-class or in distance)
• Oral presentations of individual/group assignments
• Other interactive class activities (business games, simulations, role playing, use of scientific software, etc.) - specify in the relevant open section of the syllabus
• Group assignments

• Written exam(s) with a mix of open ended and multiple choice questions
